About Us

FROM THE BEGINNING

Bundaberg Machinery & Engineering was formed in May of 2005 with the desire to provide quality and excellence within the mining and engineering industry.  Throughout the past 8 years Bundaberg Machinery and Engineering has grown from one employee to a strong work force of 20 employees.  Our rapid growth has been due to our list of satisfied clients who have continued to take advantage of our services.  The service and experience that we provide is a huge advantage for all of our clients to utilize at their disposal. We have recently changed the name of our business from Bundaberg Machinery & Engineering to BME Australia.  This is due to our strong expansion within the industry, as we service a very broad area; all outside of Bundaberg, we feel we require a business name to reflect that.

OUR OBJECTIVE

BME Australia’s main objective is to provide experienced supervision and personnel to ensure that all jobs are completed in a safe and cost efficient manner, ensuring that the client’s needs are met within the time frames required.  We are focused on delivering an ultimate service to all our clientele, whether it is providing labour hire, speciality pipework,  maintenance services, shutdown works or full fabrication and installation of Water Treatment Facility’s, BME fulfils the job specific needs and challenges of these industries which could otherwise go unfulfilled with the Bundaberg and surrounding areas.

TEAM WORK

Our strength as a company comes from the quality and professionalism we strive to achieve from our Administration staff through to our workshop tradesmen and our onsite labour team.

All staff at BME Australia are encouraged to work within a team environment to fulfil our stringent quality requirements as a company and as individuals enabling them to take pride in the work they produce.   

SAFETY

At BME Australia all personnel are required to complete and pass an in depth workshop induction and risk assessment prior to starting employment.  A great emphasis is placed on the health, safety and welfare of our employees, Clients and visitors.  Our comprehensive Safety Management Plan has been implemented to provide ongoing education on health and safe work practices within the work force to all employees.
